What is the standard production lead time and international shipping arrangement? +
Standard configuration machines are typically tested, packed, and dispatched within 3 to 7 working days. For custom configurations (e.g., custom voltages, special powder shakers, or OEM exterior colors), production takes approximately 10 to 15 working days. All printers are packed in reinforced, export-grade fumigation-free wooden crates. We support multiple trade terms (FOB, CIF, CFR, DDP, and EXW) via ocean container, LCL cargo, or international air freight.
What warranty is provided, and how does the warranty claim process work? +
We offer a comprehensive 1-Year Factory Warranty covering all major non-consumable electronic and mechanical components (mainboards, head boards, servo motors, guide rails, power supplies, and control systems). In the event of any hardware anomaly, our engineering team conducts fast remote diagnostics via AnyDesk/Teamviewer, and replacement parts are air-expressed immediately. Lifetime technical support and at-cost spare parts supply remain available beyond the warranty period.
How is after-sales technical support, machine setup, and operator training delivered? +
Every machine has operation manuals, setup video tutorials, some spare parts, RIP color profiles and more. Our dedicated service engineering team provides 1-on-1 remote onboarding via WhatsApp/WeChat/Teamviewer/AnyDesk, assisting your team with unboxing, software calibration, daily maintenance routines, and test printing. We offer responsive technical assistance within 24 hours across global time zones.
What daily and weekly maintenance is required to keep printheads and ink systems in peak condition? +
Daily maintenance requires just 5–10 minutes: performing automated nozzle checks, keeping the capping station clean, and ensuring the integrated white ink circulation and stirring system is active. For weekly upkeep, clean the wiper blade and encoder strip with lint-free swabs and dedicated cleaning fluid. If the printer will sit idle for over 3 days, simply use our moisturizing liquid in the capping station to prevent nozzle clogging. You can contact our engineer any time to get guidance.
Can we request free test sample printing on our own fabrics or designs before ordering? +
Yes, absolutely. We encourage prospective distributors and buyers to send us their vector artwork or physical fabric substrates. Our factory engineers will run live production prints on matching materials such PET Film/UV ab Film, cure the samples, inspect color reproduction and wash fastness, and provide high-resolution photos, inspection videos, or express mail physical transfer samples directly to your address for hands-on evaluation.
Can you supply turnkey consumables (inks, PET films, hot-melt powders) and spare-parts kits? +
Yes. To ensure optimal print performance and avoid the risk of incompatible supplies, we offer factory-matched turnkey consumables—including high-density eco solvent/sublimation/pigment/uv inks, hot/cold peel PET films, and fine/medium TPU powders, AB films and more. We also provide recommended 'Service Starter Kits' (extra dampers, capping stations, wiper blades, ribbon cables, pumps, and maintenance fluids) with your container shipment to minimize local machine downtime.
