DTF Printing
DTF or Direct To Film Printing, is a newly developed technology, which can transfer the printed image on tailor-made Film(so-called PET Film) to various kinds of fabrics including cotton, polyester, silk, rayon or terrycloth. DTF has a much cheaper production cost compared to DTG, as DTG requires pretreatment while DTF does not and DTG uses more ink than DTF.
DTF Equipments
There are mainly 2 size DTF Printers on the market for clients to choose: 24inch(60cm) which uses dual I3200-A1 or 4720 print heads and 12inch(30cm) which uses dual xp600 or F1080-A1 print heads.
For Powder Shaker Machine, there is only a most basic version for 30cm DTF Printer while 60cm has more options to choose from the basic version, the belt-convey version to high configuration model with various functions including front pre-heat, stretch heating channel, powder auto cycling, etc
12inch (30cm) DTF Printer
